If you have made a purchase from us online we may occasionally update you on any exciting news via e-mail if you opt-in to receive email marketing communications from us. You can opt-out at any time.
Your Consent is important to us as well. Consequently, your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or any other personal information will not be sold to any third party without your consent.

To help improve our service online and in store we may record statistics about the number of visitors or number of purchases made for improvement purposes.

To improve your experience, our site may contain links to and from other websites.  If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that they have their own privacy policies and we do not accept any liability for these policies.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original unused and unworn (if applicable) condition in their original packaging with any documentation within 28 days of receipt unless we notify you otherwise. 
We will issue a full refund when we receiving the item, excluding the original delivery charge. However, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item for another of a similar price.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own security we highly recommend that you send the parcel using a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.


Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after we receive and thoroughly check the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed. If a refund cannot be issued we will contact you through the information provided when the purchase was made.

Earrings and bespoke/ custom pieces made to order are non- refundable as they have been made specifically for you.
